ISO 3385-1989: This is an international standard that specifies the compression fatigue test method for soft foam polymer materials, which is also applicable to the fatigue performance test of automotive seat foam materials.

QC/T 56-93 "Performance Test method of Car Seat Liner Material" : This standard is the industry standard of China's automotive industry, which specifies the performance test method of car seat liner material, including fatigue test.


Main parameters:

Loading impact force: The tester usually has a certain range of loading impact force, which is used to simulate the load borne by the seat in actual use. For example, some models of testers can load impact forces up to 750N or higher.

Reciprocating compression frequency: The reciprocating compression frequency of the tester indicates the number of compression-release cycles performed per unit time.
