Product Introduction:

The test principle of the dynamic mechanical twist braid analyzer is based on torsional braid analysis (TBA) of free attenuated vibration in thermomechanical testing of polymer materials. TBA is a technique to measure the dynamic modulus and the relationship between mechanical loss and temperature of a substance under torsional vibration load. In various test methods, it is the best method that uses less samples and has high measurement sensitivity. The TBA manufactured by the company adopts computer digital measurement and control technology and data storage and data processing technology of large storage capacity, so that the traditional TBA a large number of heavy manual test operation and data processing is changed into an automated program, so that researchers can easily obtain the viscoelasticity of materials at different temperatures.


How it works:

The main body of the instrument is fixed on the main frame by a stainless steel test chamber, its outer layer has an electric heating layer and a low-temperature cooling layer, the outer layer is a thermal insulation layer, and a regulator driven by a driving motor is inserted at the top of the test tube, as shown in the figure below.

There is a locking plate on the regulator, and there are two support rods at both ends of the locking plate and a positioning rod in the center. The regulator is inserted in the upper end of the test tube, and its main gear engages with the pinion of the drive motor. The lower end of the regulator is a torsion bar with a sample clip, as shown below.

A 195mm long braid composed of 3,600 ultra-fine glass wires is sandwicked in its mouth. The lower end of the braid is clipped into the bottom of the pendulum rod clamp, the lower end of the pendulum rod has an inertial disc meshing device, which can be meshed with the disc, the lower end of the disc has a locator, aligned with the positioning regulator of its lower end, when adjusted to the distance of 2——3mm for the best positioning distance, a set of photoelectric Angle detector inside the edge of the disc, used to detect the swing amplitude of the braid and its period.
