Experimental parameters of rubber ozone aging tester
The rubber ozone aging tester tests the ozone aging resistance of polymer materials and their products. The content of ozone in the atmosphere is very small, but it is the main factor in the aging of polymer materials and their products. The ozone aging chamber simulates and strengthens the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, and obtains test results close to actual use or reproducible in a short time. It studies the effect of ozone on polymer materials and their products (rubber), quickly identifies and evaluates the anti-ozone aging performance of rubber and the protective effectiveness of anti-ozonants, and then takes effective anti-aging measures to improve the service life of rubber products.

1. Temperature range: RT+10℃~80℃ (the ozone sensor needs to be removed above 60℃, and the recommended temperature is 40℃)
2. Humidity range: 40%~85%RH (the ozone sensor needs to be covered with a lid above 65%, and the recommended humidity is 65%) RH)
3. Ozone concentration: 50~1000pphm (direct reading, direct control)
4. Sample rack speed: 360-degree rotating sample rack (speed 1 rpm)
5. Gas flow rate: 8~16min/s
6. Ambient temperature: room temperature +10℃
7. Stretching distance: 5~100mm
