The Automotive Stabilizer Bar Fatigue Testing Machine is designed for fatigue performance testing of various automotive stabilizer bars.The machine consists of a drive system, transmission system, amplitude adjustment mechanism, position adjustment system, and control/display system. It uses an electromagnetic speed control system to drive the motor, which operates an eccentric mechanism and connecting rods to generate reciprocating push-pull motion on the stabilizer bar, completing fatigue durability tests.With high efficiency, pollution-free operation, a wide frequency adjustment range, and flexible test space, the machine can perform fatigue tests on stabilizer bars of different specifications by using appropriate fixtures.The equipment adopts microcontroller control technology with automatic shutdown after reaching the preset number of test cycles. It features high integration, simple structure, low failure rate, stable performance, reliable operation, and easy maintenance.
