The infusion set leakage positive pressure tester is used to test the positive pressure of medical device catheters such as infusion sets, blood transfusion sets, infusion needles, pipelines, catheters, quick connectors, etc. It is designed according to the relevant clauses in the national standards for medical devices.

Operation:
1. Turn on the power.
2. Click "Next" to enter the "Main Menu", which has four options: "Set", "Test", "Measurement", and "Deflate".
3. After clicking "Set", you can now set "Set Pressure", "Set Time", and "Date & Time". Just enter the corresponding item and select the specification parameters corresponding to the instrument to be tested and confirmed.
4. After clicking "Set Pressure", click the corresponding number of the pressure to be tested and click "Confirm". (Unit: Kpa. Click "Confirm" to return to the setting parameters.)
5. After clicking "Set Time", click the corresponding number of the duration to be tested and click "Confirm". (Unit: seconds. Click "Confirm" to return to the setting parameters.)
6. After clicking "Date & Time". After clicking "Date", enter the date of the test day and confirm it (the format is: year/month/day and the time change is similar to the date change. (After "Confirm", return to the main menu.)
7. After clicking "Measurement", first connect the standard gas source, and then measure whether the internal data is standard. (Normally, this step is not required. This option is used for measurement certification.)
8. Click "Deflate" to clear the internal test data pressure value.
9. When checking whether the set content displayed in the "Main Menu" matches the parameters of the vessel being tested, you can click "Test". After the test is completed, the test results are displayed. Visually check whether the set value and the test value are qualified. Click "Qualified" or "Unqualified" and then "Print". "Return" returns to the main menu.
