Test Principle:

According to the specified method and experimental parameters, the nylon brush or abrasive alone, or only rub with the abrasive in the state of humidity control, so that the fabric is rubbed and pilling, and then under the specified light conditions, the sample after pilling is compared with the sample to evaluate the pilling grade.

Experimental Parameters:

1. The contact gap between the grinding head and the grinding table plane ≤ 0.2mm

2. The parallelism between the grinding head and the grinding table ≤ 0.3mm

3. The relative movement trajectory of the grinding head and the grinding table is 40±1mm

4. The nylon brush surface is flush, and its height difference < 0.5mm

5. The reciprocating speed of the grinding table is 60±1 times/min

6. Grinding head weight: 490cN±1%

7. Sledgehammer weight: 290cN±1%

8. Small weight weight 100cN±1%

9. Select 1 - 9999 for the number of times

fluffing test:

1. Take the sample and clamp it into the sample chuck correctly and firmly. Set the number of friction times for the counter according to GB/T4802.1-97.

2. Select the sample weight according to the regulations, if you need to increase the weight, you can tighten the required weight on the chuck shaft.

3. Put down the sample chuck so that the specimen is in contact with the brush plane.

4. Press the "RUN" button, the instrument can rotate according to the set number of times, and the instrument can automatically stop when the set number is reached.

Pilling test:

1. Set the number of counters according to GB4802.1-97.

2. Take the sample and clamp it into the sample chuck correctly and firmly.

3. Put down the sample chuck so that the specimen is in contact with the abrasive plane.

4. Press the "RUN" button to make the instrument do the pilling work.
