Notes:
Thermal resistance determination: material thickness ≤5mm, sample size should cover the test plate, and at least 3 samples per sample are required to be flat and wrinkle-free. Before testing, the sample should be placed in a climate chamber with a humidity of 20°C, relative humidity of 65%, and an air velocity of <1m/s, and the test environment should be humidified for at least 12 hours.
The heating fixed plate is kept at a fixed temperature of 35°C, and the test time is not less than 30 minutes to test the heating power. Similarly, after covering the test fabric, the power of the same situation is tested. According to the power difference between the two and the size of the test plate area, the test sample value can be calibrated without manual calculation. The automatic calculation results form a report that can be directly printed.
