Troubleshooting of high and low-temperature impact test chamber
High and low-temperature impact testers a necessary test equipment for metal, plastic, rubber, electronics, and other material industries. It is used to test the material structure or composite material to see how much it can endure in a continuous environment of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature in an instant, so as to detect chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the sample in a short time.
It is divided into two-compartment and three-compartment types, the difference lies in the different test methods and internal structures, and the products meet the following standards:
GB/T2423.1-2008 Test A, GB/T2423.2-2008 Test B, GB-T10592-2008, GJB150.3-198, GJB360A-96 Method 107 Temperature Shock Test Requirements.
Troubleshooting
1. In the high-temperature test, if the temperature change does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and eliminate the faults one by one.
If the temperature rises very slowly, check the air circulation system to see if the air circulation adjustment damper is open normally. Otherwise, check whether the air circulation motor is running normally. If the temperature overshoots severely, the PID setting parameters need to be adjusted.
If the temperature rises directly and the over-temperature protection is triggered, the controller is faulty and the control instrument must be replaced.
2. When a fault suddenly occurs during the test operation, the corresponding fault display prompt will appear on the control instrument and there will be an audio alarm prompt.
The operator can quickly check which type of fault it belongs to by referring to the troubleshooting chapter in the operation and use of the equipment and then ask the personnel to quickly troubleshoot the fault to ensure the normal progress of the test.
Other environmental test equipment will have other phenomena during use, so it is necessary to analyze and eliminate the specific phenomena.
Environmental test equipment should also be regularly maintained, the condenser of the refrigeration system should be cleaned regularly, the moving parts should be lubricated according to the instructions, the electrical control system should be regularly maintained and inspected, etc. These tasks are essential.
3. If the low temperature does not meet the test indicators, then you need to observe the temperature changes, whether the temperature drops very slowly, or the temperature tends to rise after reaching a certain value;
For the former, you need to check whether the studio is dried before the low-temperature test, whether the test samples are placed in the studio after the studio is kept dry, and whether there are too many test samples in the studio;
The air in the studio cannot be fully circulated. After eliminating the above reasons, it is necessary to consider whether there is a fault in the refrigeration system, so the manufacturer's personnel should be asked to inspect and repair it.
The latter phenomenon is caused by the poor use environment of the equipment. The ambient temperature and placement of the equipment (the distance between the back of the box and the wall) must meet the requirements (both are specified in the equipment operation instructions).
4. In the heat test, the actual humidity will reach 100% or the actual humidity is very different from the target humidity, and the value is much lower. The former phenomenon may be caused by the drying of the gauze on the wet-bulb sensor;
Then check whether there is a lack of water in the water tank of the wet-bulb sensor. The water level in the water tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is normal and whether the water level controller works normally.
Another possibility is that the wet-bulb gauze will become hard due to long use time or the purity of the water supply quality so that the gauze cannot absorb water and dry. The above phenomenon can be eliminated by replacing or cleaning the gauze.
The latter phenomenon is mainly that the humidification system does not work. Check the water supply system of the humidification system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, whether the water level control that controls the water level of the humidification boiler is normal, and whether the water level in the humidification boiler is normal.
If all the above are normal, then check the electrical control system, which requires maintenance personnel to perform maintenance.
