Test steps of zipper fatigue tester
The zipper fatigue tester is used to test whether various zippers can withstand a specified number of reciprocating pulling operations under the action of transverse and longitudinal tension, and to evaluate the fatigue performance of the zipper.
Applicable standards:
CNS-1083, QB/T2171~2173
working principle:
During the test, the machine drives the slider of the zipper at a constant speed to make a reciprocating movement 30 times per minute until the specified number of times. Check the condition of the test sample to determine the performance of the product.
The main parameters:
1. Reciprocating stroke: 75mm;
2. Width of transverse clamping device: 25mm;
3. The total weight of the longitudinal clamping device: 0.28~0.34kg;
4. The distance between the two clamping devices: 6.35mm;
5. Counter: electronic 0~999999;
6. Volume: 28×55×66 (W×D×H);
7. Weight: about 50kg.
Test steps:
1. Roughly fix the end of the zipper (bottom end) on the fixing point A (the pull tab is inward);
2, fix the pull tab on the pull tab fixture;
3. Fix the front end (top end) of the zipper on points D and E;
4. Loosen the fixing point A, pull up the end of the zipper so that the fixing pin falls in the middle of the balance plate hole, and then clamp point A (at this time visually inspect D and E points on the same horizontal line);
5. Loosen the horizontal clamping blocks B and C, and place the cloth tapes on both sides of the zipper tape into the clamps B and C for clamping. The clamping gap is about 5 nun away from the tooth feet. At this time, the five fixing points are fixed;
6. Adjust the pull time meter to the upper limit, loosen the pull tab clamp, and visually check whether the zipper keeps a straight line. If it does not meet the requirements, readjust until the clamping is completed;
7. Different specifications of zippers shall be loaded in the horizontal and vertical directions according to the specified requirements.
