The 9-Meter Hardware Mold Tunnel Furnace Drying Line is a high-efficiency continuous heat treatment system specially designed for industrial hardware components and large-scale molds. The equipment adopts a tunnel-type structure combined with an automated conveying system, enabling workpieces to achieve uniform heat transfer while continuously passing through the heating zones. It is widely used for large-batch, standardized production line drying and curing processes.

Applications

Coating Curing:

Used for high-temperature baking and curing of surface coatings on hardware molds, including spray painting, powder coating, and PTFE coating treatments.

Moisture Drying:

Used for rapid dehydration and drying of hardware components after cleaning, electroplating, pickling, degreasing, and other processes.

Stress Relief and Hydrogen Removal:

Used for gentle low-temperature heat treatment of molds after machining or electroplating to eliminate internal residual stress and reduce hydrogen embrittlement risks.

Preheating Treatment:
