The Medical Industry Tunnel Furnace is a high-precision continuous thermal processing equipment specially designed for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries. It uses far-infrared heating, hot air circulation, or microwave heating technology to allow materials to pass through the heating tunnel at a constant speed driven by the conveyor system, achieving continuous, efficient, and uniform drying, sterilization, depyrogenation, or curing processes.The entire equipment is constructed with GMP-compliant SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, featuring a strict Class 100 cleanroom control system to meet the high cleanliness requirements of medical production environments.
Applications
Glass Container Sterilization
Used for drying, high-temperature sterilization, and depyrogenation after cleaning of vials, ampoules, infusion bottles, and other pharmaceutical glass containers.
