1. Overall StructureOverall dimensions: W1250mm × L14000mm × H1670mm. The equipment consists of multiple sections: loading section L750mm, insulation section L5100mm, unloading section L1460mm, temperature recovery section L2055mm, secondary unloading section L1560mm, cooling section L2055mm, and discharge section L1190mm. The outer shell is made of 2.0mm thick A3 cold-rolled steel plate, treated with high-temperature electrostatic powder coating (Color: RAL 7035).
2. Inner Chamber StructureInner chamber dimensions: W1250mm × drying length 5100mm × H480mm. The inner chamber is made of stainless steel plate, providing excellent cleanliness, corrosion resistance, and durability.
3. Thermal InsulationThe inner insulation layer adopts 150mm thick high-temperature-resistant rock wool, ensuring excellent thermal insulation performance and preventing the outer shell temperature from becoming too high during operation.
4. Heating SystemThe equipment adopts stainless steel heating tubes with a total heating power of 105kW. Each heating section is equipped with four 1.5kW high-temperature-resistant circulating air motors and reinforced air circulation wheels. A microcomputer controller combined with SSR (Solid State Relay) is used to precisely control the heating output. During constant temperature operation, the actual power consumption is only 30%–40% of the total heating power, maintaining temperature accuracy within ±5℃ and improving energy efficiency.
5. Baking Process SectionOperating temperature range: Room temperature–350℃ (adjustable). Normal operating temperature: 300℃. Temperature recovery section operating temperature: 400℃. Designed for motor product baking processes with a production cycle of one product every 6 minutes and approximately 12 minutes per complete cycle. Each workstation movement takes about 6 seconds, controlled according to the production rhythm. Door cylinder drive adopts SMC brand pneumatic components.
6. Conveying SystemThe equipment adopts a three-section independent conveying system with two conveying chains. It uses P50.8 stainless steel edge-type conveyor chains. The system is driven by Siemens servo motors: 1.5kW × 2 units and 0.75kW × 4 units. Conveying speed is adjustable from 0–5 m/min.
7. Cooling SystemA refrigeration unit generates cold air, and a high-efficiency cooling fan system circulates the cold air to rapidly reduce product temperature.
8. Power Supply and Control SystemThe equipment is controlled by an independent electrical control cabinet. Power supply: 380V, three-phase five-wire system. Total equipment power: approximately 138kW. Equipped with an electrical control panel installed on the side of the machine, with RS485 communication interface.
