Installation And Maintenance Of The Oxygen Index Tester
Digital oxygen index tester -An instrument used to measure the oxygen concentration (volume percent) of a polymer and other products during combustion. Installation method :
1. Place the instrument on the workbench after unpacking.
2. Use the plastic reinforcement tube to connect the oxygen and nitrogen gas output end of the control box to the pipe connection head on the bottom end of the main engine and tighten it with the pipe. Note: nitrogen and oxygen in the back of the control box correspond to the nitrogen and oxygen in the front, and the output of the mixture is in the middle.
3. Install the oxygen and nitrogen cylinder, and install the pressure reducing valve on the cylinder. Using the plastic reinforcement tube, the nitrogen and oxygen joints on the rear panel of the control box are respectively connected with the oxygen and the output end of the nitrogen cylinder reducing valve. The cylinder and the reducing valve are supplied by the user.
4. First place the large hole diffuser ring column facing up, and the small hole diffuser ring column faces down, and then the barrel is installed on the base.
5. Fill glass bead and install fixture.
Maintenance:
In oxygen index tests, oxygen sensors are used to convert combustion of chemical signals into electrical signals in front of the operator. The sensor is equivalent to a battery, which is used once per test. The user has high frequency of use or high oxygen index of the test material, and the oxygen sensor will have high consumption.
In terms of maintenance and maintenance, the following two factors can help to prolong the service life of oxygen sensor.
