Test Method and Principle of Thermal Resistance Wet Resistance Tester
The thermal resistance tester is used to test the thermal resistance and wet resistance of various materials in a stable temperature and humidity environment. It is suitable for fabrics, films, coatings, foams, leather and multilayer composites.
Thermal Resistance Moisture Resistance Tester Technical Features:
1. Independent design concept, control system and automatic water supply system integration design, the user can choose a different environmental test box.
2. Automatic water supply, automatic drainage system, strong water system (in the wet resistance test, the heating plate permeable faster).
3. High-precision automatic platform mobile system, enter the test sample thickness, the test platform to move to the corresponding location.
4. Quickly reach the test stable state, the machine according to the sample thickness, automatically adjust the PID control parameters, can quickly meet the test conditions.
5. Wind speed parallel stability system, so that the wind speed uniformity and stability, so that the test results more stable.
6. Wind speed from 0 ~ 2m / s continuously adjustable, to meet any resistance to thermal resistance and thermal performance test standards.
7. Thermal protection ring width of 127mm, to ensure that heat only from the test sample delivery.
Test principle:
There are two kinds of test methods: a: hot plate method; two: static plate method; evaporation hot plate method and static plate method two test methods the same principle, static plate method requires the air chamber air flow rate of not more than 0.1m / s, and The former requirement is 1m / s. The evaporative hot plate method can also test the wet resistance of the fabric, the test components and thermal resistance method is slightly different.
Thermal Resistance: The specimen covers the electrothermal test plate, and the test panels and their surrounding and bottom heat retaining rings maintain the same temperature. The entire test device is placed in a constant temperature, constant humidity, wind speed in a certain climate chamber, the temperature of the test plate and the temperature of the climate chamber to form a temperature gradient. The thermal test plate radiates heat through the specimen and brings the power consumed by this heat dissipation into the corresponding formula to obtain the thermal resistance.
Wet resistance: For the determination of wet resistance, it is necessary to cover a breathable but impermeable film on a porous electrothermal test plate. After the water entering the hot plate evaporates, it passes through a film (no liquid water contact sample) in the form of water vapor. After the sample was placed on the film, the heat flow required to maintain the constant temperature of the test class at a certain moisture evaporation rate was measured and the wet resistance was calculated with the water vapor pressure of the sample.
