Functional Description
- Test Preparation: Users need to mount the mask sample to be tested onto a channel (clamp) with a fixed cross-sectional area and ensure good sealing between the sample and the clamp. Next, connect the air source to the instrument and set appropriate test parameters, such as airflow rate and test duration.
- Test Execution: After initiating the test program, the instrument will automatically control the airflow rate and generate a certain pressure difference across the mask. Simultaneously, the instrument will measure and record pressure difference data and gas flow data in real time.
- Result Judgment: Upon completion of the test, the instrument will automatically judge the test results and display pass/fail information based on preset standards. Users can also view detailed test data and reports for subsequent analysis and processing.
