Button tension tester calibration steps

Testing purposes:

　　 Test principle:

 

　　By rotating the upper speed control wheel, the user can apply a fixed force and record the fixed force or breaking force. Using clamps and accessories, you can also test other buttons, denim buttons, four-hole buttons and clothing accessories, such as zippers, bow ties, appliques, hooks, D-rings, etc.

 

　　Technical characteristics:

 

　　 1. It consists of concave clawless pliers, bottom fabric pliers and Imada push-pull force meter.

 

　　 2. The button parts are fixed by concave clawless pliers, and the clothes are fixed by the bottom fabric pliers.

 

　　Calibration steps:

 

　　 1. Put a piece of paper on the bottom fabric clamp drill.

 

　　2. Observe whether the edge of the bottom of the clip is level.

 

　　 3. Check if the paper has not shifted after being pulled in multiple directions.

 

　　4, there is a problem in the second or third step:

 

　　 Then you can proceed: a. Remove the fixed pin; b. Pull out the shaft; c. Pull out the anvil; d. Replace the washer with a new one. These methods are used to replace the washer.

 

　　5. Perform a vertical test. The non-vertical straight line between the concave five-jaw button pliers and the bottom fabric pliers anvil will cause errors in reading the tension readings, which can be as follows:

 

　　A) Turn the upper speed-adjusting wheel to make the "concave five-jaw button pliers" drop and touch the "bottom fabric pliers anvil";

 

　　B) Visually observe the center of the straight line between the "concave five-jaw button pliers" and the "bottom fabric pliers anvil";

 

　　C) If the two are not perpendicular and become a straight line, you need to use a wrench to loosen the four locks on the screw, move them until a straight line is formed, and then tighten the locks.
