Door Lock and Door Hinge Endurance Test Bench

This test bench is used for the door lock opening and closing durability test of the front door and rear door of the vehicle (including the durability test of the lock device itself in the high and low temperature box), the number of door lock failures during the test; By designating the operation force during the test, it can also be used for the car side door hinge vertical stiffness test, door opening strength test, and door sink and hinge deformation simulation to judge the qualification of products; It provides accurate testing parameters for the development, designing and research of the products.
 
Test Items
 Various car locks test:
· The test bench is suitable for testing the durability of various cars’ side door locks (front, rear, left, right), luggage compartment lock, engine hood lock, and side sliding door real car door lock.
· Side door lock durability test includes opening, closing, outside opening, inside opening, child lock. Luggage compartment lock test includes internal opening, external opening and other testing action. Engine hood lock test includes opening and closing actions. Side sliding door real car door push and pull, door lock opening and closing. All the above various locks’ action can be arbitrarily set.
· Check the normal opening of the door lock and the number of control device failures.
· Simulate the door lock state of the real car. Simultaneously achieve the durability test of four door locks (two side door locks, one luggage compartment lock and one engine hood lock.)
 
Various car hinges test:
· The test bench is suitable for testing the durability of various cars’ side door hinges (front, rear, left, right), luggage compartment hinge, engine hood hinge, and side sliding door real car door hinge.
