Electrostatic Attenuation Tester
The static attenuation performance tester can be used in the laboratory to analyze the electrostatic characteristics of the material itself, evaluate the efficacy of antistatic additive, and develop new electrostatic protective materials. It can also be used as product quality control equipment in the manufacturing area. It can conduct electrostatic detection and monitoring according to various standard specifications.
The apparatus is composed of corona discharge device and probe detector. The instrument uses a given high voltage electric field to discharge the time of the fabric and make the fabric feel static. In this way, the electrostatic charge size, the half-life of static voltage attenuation, and static residue test are used to show the electrostatic properties of the measured fabric. The electric tester is the main instrument to detect the charge performance of the fabric. It is used to test the electric charge of anti-static work clothes by using the Faraday tube and electrostatic potentiometer in detecting the friction and electric characteristics of anti-static clothing.
