Introduction

The Digital Oxygen Index Tester is designed to determine the combustion  performance of plastics, rubber, textiles, films, foams, and related materials.  Equipped with an imported oxygen sensor and precise digital control system, it  provides accurate and reliable oxygen concentration measurement from 0–100%. The  instrument complies with GB/T 2406.2-2009 and other international standards,  featuring adjustable gas flow, stable ignition control, and durable structural  design to ensure safe and efficient laboratory testing.

Application

Suitable for determining the combustion performance of materials such as  plastics, rubber, fibers, foamed plastics, soft sheets, thin films, and  textiles.

Cabinet and Structural Components

Control Cabinet:

Manufactured by CNC machining. The enclosure is made of steel plate with  electrostatic powder coating. The control section and the test section are  separately designed and controlled.

Combustion Tube:

High-temperature-resistant high-quality quartz glass tube (inner diameter Φ75  mm, length 480 mm); outlet inner diameter: Φ40 mm.

Specimen Holder:

Self-supporting clamp capable of holding the specimen vertically (optional  non-self-supporting specimen frame available). Two sets of specimen holders are  provided to meet different testing requirements. Plug-in type design makes  specimen installation easier and more convenient.

Long Rod Igniter:

The nozzle inner diameter at the tail end of the igniter is Φ2 ± 1 mm. The  flame length is adjustable from 5 mm to 50 mm.
