１、Two Machanical Arms

２、Two turntables, four balances

Four balances work on two turntables for excellent dispensing speed. Four balances lead to smooth and consistent operation. Machine could keep operating when breakdown happens on one or two balances.

Simple operation with fool proof design.

１、Accurate mother solution management. Deduction scaling design on balances makes accurate record of residual volume on solution battles, which could help for arranging the order of making solutions. Moreover, system will alert you when the mother solution is near to expiration. 

２、System support for working more than 140 solution bottles. When the formula is out of the 140 solution bottles, system support for manual scaling process to extend the dispensing capacity. 

３、Automatic leveling on four balances. System will implement automatic leveling on all balances regularly to ensure the accuracy of scaling. 

４、After dispending, the system will record the actual dispensing weight on system to

ensure the formula’s correctness. 

５、Operator could still input the formula and setup operation although the dispensing is

ongoing. Operators can enter the operation page on system when dispensing is ongoing. Each

operator can move, clean and copy the formula into 24 unique personal files, 8 documents

in each file. 

６、Available for connecting with color matching system. Operator can input the formula directly or connect to computer color matching system and use spectrometer to analyze the formula. The whole color adjusting process will be saved in system for tracing. Operator can save 9 formulas in each color.

Hydraulic Leakage-free solution bottle with patent.

１、Hydraulic leakage-free piston installed on the bottom of bottles. Bottle structure is simple for easy assembly and cleaning. 

２、There’s no magnets in the solution bottles for stirring but automatically rotate the bottles positively and negatively to dyestuff uniformity. 

３、The solution liquid could be dispensed onto mixing cups immediately to prevent the precipitation.

Two-balance Solution Making System

１、When the accuracy of balance is only 0.01 grammage, it may not be sufficient to make the solution well by 2~10 grammage of dyestuff. Therefore, we set up the balance with 0.001 accuracy in the solution making system. 

２、Two balances will make cross inspection when making the solution. System will alarm when the input and output of dyestuff is not balance because of spilling out or residue on the tool when delivering the dyestuff to solution bottle. 

３、When the room temperature is 26°C or above, the evaporation of residue water on bottle will reach 0.01g/20 secs, which will cause deviation if the solution bottle is not dried fully. Two-balance measurement will destroy this problem.
