The specimen is clamped on the elastic diaphragm, the liquid pressure is applied under the diaphragm to expand the diaphragm and the specimen, and the liquid volume is increased at a constant speed until the specimen is broken, and the bursting strength and bursting degree are measured at this time. In the absence of a sample, the burst strength of the expanded film is measured when it reaches the burst height with a sample, and the difference between the two is the burst strength of the sample.
