Plastic ball indentation hardness tester

The Plastic ball indentation hardness tester adopts automatic closed-loop control technology to ensure accurate and stable hardness testing. The instrument provides 10 selectable test forces and 14 hardness scales, with automatic loading, dwell, and unloading to minimize human error. It complies with GB/T 231.2, ISO 6506-2, and ASTM E10, and is suitable for hardness measurement of metals and certain non-metal materials within the range of 8–650 HBW.
Application
The instrument is suitable for hardness testing of the following materials:
(1) Unquenched steel and cast iron
(2) Non-ferrous metals
(3) Soft bearing alloys
(4) Hard plastics and bakelite
(5) Metal workpieces with flat test surfaces
(6) Laboratory material evaluation
(7) Production quality control
(8) General mechanical components
