Installation steps:
1. A piece of stainless steel triangle plate is fixed up and down with hexagonal nuts, which is generally fixed when not in use.
2. Put on the rubber washer, and then put on the measured template.
3. Put the washer on, and then put the glass cylinder on.
4. Before the glass cylinder is placed, the heating ring is fixed on the glass cylinder, and the heating ring is fixed at 3-5mm from the bottom of the glass cylinder to avoid touching the rubber ring. At the beginning, observe whether the heating ring is loose (thermal expansion and contraction of the heating ring), if there is, you can adjust some until it does not slide.
5. Then put the rubber ring and white PTFE square plate, if you want to do gas phase erosion, then directly put the template, you do not need to put white PTFE square plate.
6. Then put the stainless steel triangle plate and fix it with the wing nut, and tighten it by turns with even force.
7. Add distilled water to the glass interface to observe whether leakage, leakage, then continue to tighten; If there is no leakage, the test solution can be added according to the standard.
8. Plug in the retarder and connect the graduated condensate collector.
9. Then connect the serpentine condensing pipe, the cooling water enters from the lower end, and the upper end comes out. The condensing pipe is filled with water in the working state, and the water inlet is opened to let the water circulate slowly.
10. After the time is set, press the start button, adjust the voltage regulator to about 175V, and gradually reduce it until the water boils, until it is balanced, and observe that the water droplets of the condensate recycler are between 30 and 50 drops per minute.
11. Please conduct standard test and operate the equipment according to standard technical requirements, pay attention to electrical safety and anti-scald measures, and do not touch the device in the test area during heating.
12. Pay attention to the protection of glass accessories, because it is fragile, please handle gently in the disassembly process!!!
13. After the test is completed, cut off the power supply, turn off the cooling water, pour out the test solution according to the specification, and finally take out the template and weigh it.
