Test Protocol Example (USCAR-2)

  1. Precondition connector @25°C
  2. Apply 100A test current for 60s
  3. Measure voltage drop across contacts
  4. Calculate contact resistance ≤0.5mΩ
  5. Repeat at -40°C and +125°C
