Application areas

Bonding of voice coil and sound membrane: This is one of the most critical bonding parts in micro speakers. For example, crcbond4323 series UV glue can be used to bond voice coil and sound membrane to ensure that the two are tightly connected and can accurately convert electrical signals into sound signals when the speaker is working.

Bonding of magnetic core, magnetic pole and magnetic cylinder: In the magnetic circuit system of micro speakers, the bonding of magnetic core, magnetic pole and magnetic cylinder is very important. For example, 405nmuvled light curing machine is often used for bonding of magnetic core and magnetic pole, magnetic core and magnetic cylinder of micro speakers to ensure the stability and normal operation of magnetic circuit.

Shell sealing and bonding: It is used for the sealing of speaker shell to prevent moisture and other contaminants from entering, ensuring that the speaker can work normally in different environments. It can also be used for bonding shell and other parts, such as bonding metal frame and shell.
