One/two component epoxy adhesive

Epoxy adhesive is a structural adhesive with high bonding strength. It is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates, especially metal materials.

Compared with other types of adhesives, epoxy adhesives have better high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, low shrinkage and cohesive strength, and are widely used in electronics, automobiles, industry and aviation.

Application fields

Electronic and electrical fields: Single-component epoxy adhesives are often used for potting and sealing of electronic components, such as potting small electronic modules as a whole to protect the internal circuit from the external environment. Two-component epoxy adhesives are often used for patch component pasting and chip packaging on circuit boards, which can ensure reliable connection between components and circuit boards and have good electrical insulation properties.

Aerospace field: It is widely used in the bonding of aircraft structural parts, such as the connection between wings and fuselage, and the bonding of composite materials. Single/two-component epoxy adhesives can reduce structural weight while ensuring connection strength, meeting the high performance requirements of materials in the aerospace field.

Automobile manufacturing field: It is used for bonding of automobile bodies, such as the connection between doors and bodies, and the bonding of automobile interior parts, which can enhance the overall strength of the body and improve the safety and comfort of the car. In the maintenance of automobile engines, gearboxes and other parts, epoxy adhesives are also often used for sealing and repair.

Single-component epoxy adhesive

Easy to use: No need to mix on site, it can be used directly by extrusion, simple operation, and suitable for rapid construction on automated production lines.

Good storage stability: Under certain conditions, the storage period is long, it is not easy to deteriorate, and it is convenient for inventory management.

Diverse curing conditions: Some one-component epoxy adhesives can be cured at room temperature, and some can be quickly cured by heating and other methods, which can meet different usage requirements.

Two-component epoxy adhesive

High bonding strength: After the two components are mixed, a chemical reaction occurs, and a high-strength adhesive layer can be formed after curing. It has excellent bonding properties for metals, ceramics, glass, plastics and other materials.

Strong adjustability: By adjusting the ratio and formula of the two components, the curing time, hardness, toughness and other properties of the adhesive can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different application scenarios.

Wide applicability: It has good adaptability to different working environments and the surface state of the adherend, and even under some harsh conditions, such as wet surfaces and low temperature environments, it can achieve good bonding effects.
