Reciprocating Cylinder Dissolution Tester

The Reciprocating Cylinder Dissolution Tester is designed to evaluate the dissolution and drug release characteristics of pharmaceutical dosage forms under controlled temperature and reciprocating movement conditions. It supports dissolution testing using reciprocating cylinder and reciprocating holder methods, according to the selected pharmacopoeia requirements.

During testing, pharmaceutical samples are placed in reciprocating cylinders or specialized sample holders and immersed in dissolution media. The sample holders move vertically at a controlled speed, allowing the dosage forms to interact with the dissolution medium under repeatable conditions. Adjustable immersion time, running time, and drainage time support testing under different release procedures.
