Product Introduction:

The Scratch 5.5 Machine is a scratch and scratch test instrument for macroscopic scratches. It is a research-grade tribology instrument for polymers, coatings, films and bulk materials that explores scratches, scratches and other surface properties in a rigorous and meaningful way.

2.Scratch 5.5 machines apply real-world loads at macro speed. Up to 400mm per second at loads of up to 400n.

Speed: 1 -- 400mm /s, programmable.

Load: 1 to 400N, progressive or constant load, programmable.

3. Programmable progressive load curve

The G5.5 machine is fully programmable from 1 to 400mm /s, with loads from 0.5 to 400N (depending on configuration)。 Each test can be run as a progressive load, using any valid load range as a starting and ending point. You can dial specific strain rates to test specific material properties.
