Product Introduction:

This device is developed for the automatic test of "dryness" method A and method B specified in JIS L 1096 (Fabric test method for fabrics and woven fabrics)。 Previously, the test of method A took a lot of time and was very troublesome. By automating it, only the sample cloth could be suspended on the device to automatically measure 3 samples at the same time, and the measurement data could be stored on the computer at any time. In addition, if the test time setting mode or dry recognition mode is set, the device will automatically stop when the selected mode is over, and the test end alarm sound will be issued. Each piece of data is saved in a data file, and the data can be viewed or edited on other computers. The automatic cloth dryness measuring device not only measures the well-known "dryness after washing", but also tests how long the sweat evaporates and disperses after penetrating the fabric and woven fabric, and is widely used. It is also used in the research and development of materials with the aim of retaining water and moisturizing properties, as opposed to "quick drying properties."
