MK GATS

Product Introduction:
M/K GATS provides easy and reliable measurement of absorbance. This precision absorber uses the M/K system's patented liquid interface to precisely measure absorption and capacity. GATS uses a precise water delivery method to precisely control the height between the sample and the liquid source. Use GATS instead of PFI absorption tester. Replace your COBB tester with our automatic absorption test system. All data and charts are recorded in real time (5 points per second, faster if needed) and then analyzed via our statistical package. In addition to measuring the absorption rate of towels, diapers, and tampons, our equipment is optimized to analyze the absorption properties of polymers. Our automated system restores all Settings and levels for each test, eliminating user variability. The General Agreement on Trade in Services revealed absorbability differences that could not be obtained by other means. Easily measure the absorption capacity and rate by measuring the radial hygroscopic and absorptive capacity of the sample in the "z direction" (thickness)。 The 2020 M/K system GATS now uses a programmable smart motor with increased sensitivity over earlier models. Our different liquid interface designs allow you to measure absorbance under load (absorbance under pressure), Z-direction absorbance testing, radial absorbance testing, and even 45-degree absorbance testing.
Some typical absorbent materials used in GATS include:
Nonwovens, Textiles and Cotton Materials, Woven and Woven Textiles.
