M/K 3D formation tester

Product Introduction:
The M/K 3D Formation Tester measures layers of paper, fiberglass, cardboard, paper towels and towels, and many other sheetlike materials. In addition to measuring the formation index, M/K can accurately measure defects and flocculants inside the sheet, as well as low density bags, base weight and internal standard deviation. Unlike camera systems, our device uses a laser-type focused beam to accurately measure the optical density of each pixel on the wafer. Test all grades of paper: bond paper, lining paper, recycled paper, copy paper, coated paper, colored paper or any other grade of paper. In one test, the M/K Formation tester scanned a large area of 320cm2 (16cm x 20cm), with each pixel measured independently. No other benchtop formation tester can match this scanning area because the camera system's scanning range is limited to an area of approximately 1 "x1" and there are light reflection issues. The M/K formation analyzer uses an independent pixel scanning method to avoid the light scattering problems that occur in all camera systems. We also include a unique feature that allows users to change the optical sensitivity from a low setting to an ultra-high setting, allowing you to filter out less important floc and sheet defects. In addition to transmission analysis, we offer a suite of optional surface scanning optics to characterize your sheet surface. Comparing steel wire and felt surfaces is easy and reliable.
We use the latest "high resolution" technology to double the scan resolution. Today's high-resolution scans have unparalleled resolution and include up to 128 different sizes of flocs.
