UV Condensation Aging Test Chamber

The domestic UV condensation aging test chamber is a device used to simulate UV radiation and condensation phenomena in the natural environment and to conduct accelerated aging tests on materials.
Working principle
Using fluorescent UV lamps as light sources to simulate UV radiation in natural sunlight, water vapor is generated by heating the water tank to form a high humidity environment in the test chamber. When the surface temperature of the sample is lower than the dew point temperature of the air in the chamber, the water vapor will condense into dew on the surface of the sample to simulate the condensation phenomenon in the natural environment. By controlling the irradiation time, intensity, condensation time, temperature and other parameters of the UV lamp, the UV radiation and condensation processes are combined into one cycle, allowing the equipment to automatically execute the number of cycles, accelerate the aging process of the material, and quickly evaluate the performance changes of the material under long-term exposure to the natural environment.
Application areas
Plastic industry: used to test the light resistance, heat resistance, moisture resistance, etc. of plastic products, and evaluate whether plastics will fade, discolor, embrittle, and decrease in strength during long-term use.
Paint and paint industry: It can detect the weather resistance and UV resistance of the coating, and observe whether the coating will peel off, crack, and powder under the action of UV light and condensation.
Automotive industry: Conduct aging resistance tests on automotive interior and exterior trims, such as dashboards, seats, bumpers, etc., to ensure that components can maintain stable performance during long-term outdoor use.
Electronic product industry: Evaluate the UV resistance of electronic product housings and components to ensure product reliability under different environmental conditions.
